*OMHA Registration is completed on HCR, Hockey Canada Registry. Payment is made in full at the time of registration, OR by instalments.
*U5, U6 and U7 boys and girls play together and register through the OMHA HCR website.

* Please note if you choose to pay by instalments, the first payment of 25% is due immediately upon registration, and the remainder of the balance is divided equally between TWO payments due on July 15th, and August 15th.
All registrations MUST be paid by the beginning of the 2024-2025 season.
*Cash Calendars: Included in your registration fee is $150.00 for 6 Cash Calendars. You will have the opportunity to earn back that $150.00 by selling the 6 cash calendars, valued at $25.00 each. You may choose to sell them and recoup your fundraising fee or keep them and have a chance to win back your fundraising fee, it is up to you.
* Cash Calendars are only required for the first 2 children registered in Ilderton Minor Hockey. If you are a family with a 3rd or 4th child registering for minor hockey you will choose the 3rd and/or 4th child discount which will include the registration discount AND the Cash Calendar fee refund.
*If you have any questions regarding the Cash Calendar program please contact the Fundraising Director.
*There will be a $100.00 gate fee included in the registration fee along with the above mentioned Cash Calendars.
*There is a $75.00 tryout fee for any child wishing to try out for a Rep team in U11-U18 during Fall tryouts. THIS FEE IS OPTIONAL, ANY CHILD CAN CHOOSE TO OPT OUT OF TRYOUTS AND WILL BE PLACED ON THE HOUSELEAGUE TEAM ONCE ALL TRYOUTS ARE COMPLETE.
*Please note that if your child does not participate in the Rep tryouts then they will not be eligible for the AE tryouts either.
*We received a wonderful donation of 35 full sets of hockey gear from Egg Farmers of Ontario! Each set includes a bag, skates, stick, shin pads, pants, shoulder pads, elbow pads, neck guard, and helmet. The gear is available to any child in U7-U11 that plays Ilderton Minor Hockey, on loan. You can bring your child in to be fitted for the gear at the start of the season and return it at the end of the season. *A medical form is REQUIRED to be completed for each child registered to the Ilderton Minor Hockey Association. This form MUST be completed on the Privit portal BEFORE the child can take the ice for the season. For returning players you will need to confirm your childs enrolment, for new players you will need to create an account and get your child setup. Please follow the link above. If you are returning use the same login information as last year, or if you are new to the Association, please create a new account. Click on the red “register now” button.
1. If you are returning, please click on the “register an existing participant”
2. If you are new to hockey, please click on the “register a new participant”
3. Click Start Registration
4. If returning you will choose your child from the list and click next
5. Click on the appropriate registration group for that child, and click next
6. If you are a new participant, registering for the first time follow the prompts and fill out the required information, click create
7. The gate fee and fundraising fee are already built into your registration fee
8. Click on the optional tryout fee if your child wishes to try out in the fall
YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE THE ICE FOR TRYOUTS IF THE FEE HAS NOT BEEN PAID!
9. Read and complete each waiver as indicated (4)
10. You will either want to register another participant if there is more than one child, or you will proceed to check out
11. You will have 2 payment options; pay in full, or a payment plan
If you choose the payment plan you will pay 25% immediately, with the remaining balance split into 2 equal payments of 50% being processed on July 15th, 2024, and August 15th, 2024.
All payments will be made before the season begins.
