OMHA/OWHA PROGRAM UPDATE - CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
Submitted By Exec Posting on Thursday, March 12, 2020
The foremost priority for the Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) and the Ontario Women's Hockey Association (OWHA) is to protect the health and safety of our participants, volunteers and hockey families.

Both organizations in consultation with Hockey Canada, Ontario Hockey Federation, Health Canada, government and local public health officials have decided to immediately suspend all hockey activities to assist in preventing the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus).

As such, all hockey activities including practices, games or other sanctioned activities for OMHA and OWHA rostered teams are cancelled until further notice.  IMHA will keep its members informed of any changes in this status of our programs as they become available.

We request that coaching and bench staff of all teams share this important update with the families of members on their teams.  Thank you!
