Attention all coaches and bench staff!

  Are you considering to be part of the bench staff for a hockey team this season?  If so, you will require a Vulnerable Sector Check.  Please take the attached letter to your local OPP or police station, complete the necessary forms and submit your official document to Tichelle Schram via email to [email protected].  If you have had a vulnerable sector check completed within the last 3 years, you may complete a Declaration form, which is also attached.  All forms must be received by Oct. 31.  Thanks!
