NOTICE is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Members of Ilderton Minor Hockey Association ("IMHA") is called for and will be held at the Ilderton Community Centre (beside arena), 13168 Ilderton Road, Ilderton, Ontario on:
Sunday, April 30th, 2023 at 7:30pm
for the following purposes:
1. To receive the financial statements of IMHA for the financial year ended June 30th, 2022;
2. To consider and, if amenable, approve amendments to the By-Laws and Rules of Operations;
3. To elect Directors of IMHA;
4. To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
