IMHA is excited to announce that hockey registration for the 2022-23 season is ready to go!! We are looking forward to an exciting year of hockey! Registration will be open until May 31, 2022.
NEW THIS YEAR!!
*We received a wonderful donation of 30 full sets of hockey gear last year from Ontario Ag Farmers! Each set includes a bag, skates, stick, shin pads, pants, shoulder pads, elbow pads, neck guard, and helmet. The gear is available to any child in U7-U11 that plays Ilderton Minor Hockey, on a loan basis. You can bring your child in to be fitted for the gear anytime this summer after registration closes on May 31st, use it for the season and return it at the end of the season. *Last year we had great success with the start of our Rafflebox Fundraising Campaign. For those that earned credits, please check the spreadsheet posted in the Volunteer section of the website. The credits have now been posted to your Playpay account and will be applied to this years registration fee. We look forward to offering this fun fundraiser again this year! * Please note if you choose to pay by instalments, the first payment of 50% is due immediately, and the second payment is due by August 15th.
*There will be a MANDATORY $100.00 Gate Fee charged per child in U8 and above at both the boys’ and girls’ games. There will no longer be a gate fee charged at the arenas per game.
REMINDERS
* Fundraising Fees will only be accepted by post-dated cheques payable to IMHA dated for March 1, 2023. These cheques will be collected by team managers at the beginning of the season. IF YOU DO NOT HAND IN YOUR FUNDRAISING CHEQUE YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE ICE UNTIL IT IS RECEIVED.
*A $75.00 Tryout Fee for any girl wishing to try out for a Rep Team (U13-18), during Spring tryouts, or (U9- U11) in the fall, is required upon your arrival at the arena for your first tryout.
YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO TAKE THE ICE FOR TRYOUTS IF THE FEE HAS NOT BEEN PAID! You may pay by cash or debit/credit available at the arena, please see an IMHA Board member upon your arrival.
* A medical form is REQUIRED to be completed for each child registered to the Ilderton Minor Hockey Association. This form MUST be completed and submitted to the team trainer or manager PRIOR to your first skate of the season. You can find the medical form on the Ilderton Jets website in the Trainer section.

Please follow the link, and if you are returning use the same login information as last year, or if you are new to the Association, please create a new account. Follow the prompts to continue through registration.
1. Click on “Register as a Participant”
2. Choose the current season 2022-2023
3. Choose family member from the list if you’re a returning member
4. If this is a new account, you click “Add a member”
5. Choose the division that applies to your child
6. Choose a package- you MUST choose registration & gate fee; tryout fee is optional for those that want to play competitive
7. If your child wishes to playhouse league omit the tryout fee
8. Complete the waivers
9. Proceed to Playpay to make your payment
Please note that payments will be made through our online payment provider Playpay at http://www.playpay.ca again this year. If you have already set up an account in a previous year, please continue to use it, if you are new to the system click on “create an account” in the top right-hand corner and follow the prompts.
Once logged into your playpay account you will need to do the following.
1. Click on “my organizations”
2. Enter “Ilderton Minor Hockey” in the organization, and choose “Ontario” as the province
3. Click on the box to the left of the Ilderton Minor Hockey Association, and click NEXT
4. Enter your child’s name and date of birth
5. Choose the age group your child belongs in; the birth year is the second column if you are unsure of which group it is.
6. Also click on the mandatory Gate Fee, but DO NOT click on the Tryout Fee as you will pay that at the arena at the time of tryouts.
7. If you are registering 3 or more children from the same family/household, please click on the appropriate discount.
8. You will need to enter this for each INDIVIDUAL child, if you are entering more than one child you will need to click on “ADD ANOTHER PARTICIPANT” at the bottom.
9. Once your child/ren have been entered click on Done.
10. Under the Organization List you will find a summary for each child. Once you have confirmed and completed click on “Make a payment”
11.You will see the amount owing, and a spot to enter your payment.
12.Choose how you would like to make your payment.
