The U9 tryouts begin this evening. Coach Jordan has a message for everyone before they get underway.
"Parents, a quick reminder before tonight’s tryouts begin. I believe there are a handful of kids interested trying out as a goalie this week.
If your son is one of them please have them dress in their goalie gear starting tonight. There will be some goalie specific skating and lots of puck drills with shots for them to face.

If your child is interested in trying the position of goalie, but does not have the equipment to do so during tryouts or isn’t prepared to commit at this time, they will still have an opportunity to give it a try throughout the season as per the Hockey Canada Player Pathway. You can let us know at the check in table when you arrive this evening, or speak to your coach throughout the year.
