IMHA offers financial assistance to provide a child with the opportunity to play hockey who otherwise may not be able to participate. This form may be filled out by any family in need of financial assistance. The form is intended to support families who are experiencing some financial hardships (ie. job loss, lower income due to illness, or unforeseen family situations). The amount of money received is dependent on each individual case. All information submitted within this application will be reviewed by the Secretary and President. It will be presented to the IMHA Board of Directors for approval.
