The Fundraising Sub-Commmittee of the Board is looking to recruit volunteers to assume the following roles for the Lucan Irish Six Jr. C - Ilderton Game Night on Saturday, November 10 2018 (6:30 pm - 11:00 pm).
If you are interested in volunteering for any of the roles listed below send an email to [email protected] indicating your availability and preference. An update will be posted to the website once all identified roles have been filled.
Game Day/Event Security - 8 people
Individuals Front Gate/Admissions - 2 people
Individuals Smart Serve Certified Bartenders - 6 people
Individuals 50/50 Ticket Sales - 6 people
Individuals Jets Table/Product Sales - 2 people
The pregame program will involve members of the Ilderton Legion, guest choir and Lucan Irish alumni from Ilderton and surrounding area. Doors open at 7:00 pm. Puck drops at 7:45 pm.
General admission to the game will be $5.00 per adult, $2.00 for high school students, elementary school students will be free if accompanied by an adult. There will be a licensed bar area, 50:50 draw and various prizes to be won for fan participation. **get your tickets ASAP!
Net proceeds from the game will be directed back to support development of our minor hockey programs in Ilderton.
