ILDERTON PEEWEE WHITE JETS WIN “B” CHAMPIONSHIP IN
LAMBTON MIDDLESEX LEAGUE
The Peewee White Jets capped off a fantastic season with a decisive 6 to 1 victory over Dorchester in the final game of the playoffs. The boys even went penalty-free for the first time this year! They completed two rounds of playoffs with only one loss, and the team outscored their opposition 23 to 10. There was scoring from all lines, strong defensive work and superb goaltending throughout the playoffs.
Overall for the season, the team had a 27-8-6 record. Throughout the season, all players worked hard, showed a lot of individual improvement and worked very well together as a team, which is reflected in their outstanding season record. The team also won a 16-team tournament in Seaforth in February, after winning 5 straight games to capture the title!
The Peewee White coaching staff would like to thank all the players for their hard work and determination throughout the season, as well as all the parents for their enthusiastic support. Great job, Jets!
