  1. A Vulnerable Sector Check is required every 3 years, an annual declaration is required if within the 3 year window.

    If you have not coached before or you have not coached in over a year you will need to provide a police check with your application.  

    Please contact the IMHA Director of Coaching r    egarding police check information.

    Please note the following:

    1. Some applicants may be contacted for an interview.  All applicants will be notified via phone or email.

    2. Applications must be received by May 31, 2022.

    3. By clicking SUBMIT, you are agreeing to abide by all rules, regulations, and programs established by the OMHA/OWHA and/or the IMHA if you are selected.  You also agree to the above mentioned references being contacted and give permission to these persons to provide information about yourself to the IMHA.
