COMING SOON….. ONLINE HEALTH SCREENING

COMING SOON….. ONLINE HEALTH SCREENING by SportsHeadz.

To all parents and guardians, the week of Oct 5th we will be starting to launch a simple online health screening to be completed 1-3 hours prior to every skate. This online screening will provide a quick way to complete the health check for players and guardians entering the facilities and enable the association to have greater traceability and capture of data.  

You will be receiving an email from SportsHeadz once activated, please sign up for an account. Instruction on how to complete the check can be found in the link below:

The link will be accessible on the players team page and will be access by computer or mobile device.

The intention is to migrate fully to the online version starting October 16th
