LAUNCH OF PLAYER ASSIST PROGRAM
Submitted By Todd Copeland on Friday, September 3, 2021
Representatives from the Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA), the Egg Farmers of Ontario and the Ilderton Minor Hockey Association were joined by former Ilderton Jet, Matt Read, who helped unload equipment and fit our first player under the Player Assist Program.

IMHA has been provided with 35 full sets of equipment to loan out to the families of any player under the age of 8 new to the sport or in need of equipment as they return to the rink. Our hope is this equipment will encourage more players to explore the sport.  It will also help us maintain a safe and fun environment for all existing players.

If you would like more information concerning the Player Assist Program, reach out to members of our Executive overseeing its disbursement of the equipment at [email protected]
