NOTICE OF IMHA AGM

 Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Members of the Ilderton Minor Hockey Association will be held at Ilderton Community Centre (beside arena), 13168 Ilderton Road, Ilderton, Ontario on Thursday, April 23, 2015, at 8:00 p.m. for the purpose of receiving annual reports of the operation of IMHA for 2014 - 2015 and approving the proposed amendments to the By-Laws and Rules of Operation of the Corporation.

Copies of the proposed By-Laws and Rules of Operation will be available on the IMHA web site www.ildertonjets.com as of March 4, 2015. For members without access to the IMHA web site, copies of the By-law and Rules of Operation can be obtained by filling out a request form available at the IMHA Bulletin board or any member of the current executive.

Any amendment to the proposed By-Laws and Rules of Operation must be submitted in writing, signed by a member in good standing and received by the Secretary of the IMHA no later than March 31, 2015.

The Agenda for the AGM will be as follows:

·         To receive the reports of the Directors of the Corporation.

·         To receive the financial statements of the corporation for the year 2014-2015 and the projected financial position for 2015-2016.

·         To approve the new By-Law and Rules of Operation as may be required.

·         To transact such further or other business as may properly come before the meeting.

The date of this notice will be considered the date of record for determination of members entitled to notice of the Meetings and the right to vote thereat.
